Here is the backpack I used for my Bhutan trip and Everest Basecamp trek! It meets the 40L recommendation for a daypack, and it's waterproof and sturdy. There is also a waist strap for extra support!

Prayer flags are sold separately on my shop, but please note the only available ones to order online are a bit larger than the ones I have on my actual backpack!
